Authorities arrested a man who was wanted for questioning following the deadly taking pictures of a 51-year-old Kansas man on Friday.

Travis Blake Conness, 32, was arrested Saturday and might be charged with suspicion of tried premeditated first diploma homicide and felony homicide in Crawford County District Courtroom, based on Nicole Mattox, a spokeswoman for the Kansas Bureau of Investigation.

Pittsburg, Kansas, police have been referred to as at 2:30 p.m. on Friday close to the roadway by 1023 North Principal Road on stories that somebody had been shot, Mattox stated in a launch.

Officers found 51-year-old David Duane Mays mendacity within the highway with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was declared dead shortly after.

An investigation decided that there had been an altercation, culminating in gunfire, and that there was one other victim. Police questioned that victim and launched him.

Authorities then arrested 43-year-old Collin Pal Gebford, who had made the unique 911 name to police. He was charged with suspicion of tried premeditated first diploma homicide and felony homicide.

Police looked for Conness till he was introduced into custody on Saturday. He’ll await trial in Crawford County Jail with Gebford.
